WELCOME SUMMER

A summer camp was organised at NKVB from 16 to 20 May 2024.It was inaugurated by the Principal of the School. The PPRT section had a 'Splash Party ' in which the little ones were dressed in red colour summerish clothes .They were given a feel of the swimming pool by having a splash in d pool. The rest of the students took part in many indoor and outdoor activities like Carrom Board, Ludo, Chess, Volleyball ,Kho kho, Tug o War and different types of races.

The School organised Zumba demo for the students so that they could get healthy physically, psychologically and emotionally. Zumba teaches one to be disciplined too. The children and teachers all participated in it .The students enjoyed Zumba as it was a first experience for them.

On the last day there was a special assembly for the children to bring awareness in them about 'Label Padega India' campaign recently launched by the government. They were asked to avoid certain food items which do not have healthy ingredients plus the manufacturing n expiry date should also be seen before buying any packed food item or medicines.

The camp was a great success. The students were given certificates and also a treat of cold drinks and fruits which was much appreciated by both the parents and students.

The School closed down for summer vacations after the camp.
